Helpful Hints:
- Please download the complete Teacher’s Packet below.
- When planning your visit, please limit your selection to one activity and the guided tour. Allow at least two hours for the entire visit. Please call ahead so we can have enough staff on site to give your group the best experience possible!
- Their will be a $1.00 fee per child for activities in which the site incurs a cost. Those activities are marked with an asterisk.
- Every group is required to send in a reservation deposit of $1.00 per child before visiting the site. This deposit will be refunded in full upon the group’s arrival. If the group does not arrive as scheduled, the deposit will not be refunded. Exceptions are cancellations due to severe weather (hurricane, tornado) or cancellations initiated by the Stagville staff.
- Due to staffing restrictions, we can accept up to 90 students per visit. Please arrange to have one chaperon for every ten students.
- We recommend that you call in your reservation at least three weeks before the date you plan to visit.
